Firstly, we would like to thank you for your order.

• Requests for exchanges and returns of online orders will be accepted if submitted to the official address listed on Sanct Atelier’s contact page within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Please be reminded that you are responsible for the shipping of items to be returned or exchanged until they reach Sanct Atelier. Ensure that the product being returned is in its original condition, including the product care card and packaging (e.g., cardboard box, dust bags, wrapped tissue paper, and packaged accessory details). Otherwise, it will be assumed that the item has been used and the right of withdrawal will be forfeited, thereby rendering the return or exchange request invalid.

• For products you believe to be defective or faulty, written notification must be sent to Sanct Atelier within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.

• The exchange process will be conducted once the product arrives and its compliance with exchange conditions is verified. Exchanges are allowed only once; products can be returned thereafter. If an exchange is desired, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• Items that have been used, lost their originality, or have damaged packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for discounted items.

• Products that have been damaged due to use (e.g., deformation in shape, scratches, tears) will not be accepted for return.

• Please send the item you wish to return or exchange to the specified address with the shipping cost paid by the sender: Ayazağa, Kemerburgaz Cd. No: 10, 34445 Sarıyer/Istanbul.

• We kindly request that you inform us via email before shipping the product. Please provide us with the tracking number of the shipment once you have dispatched the item.
